Withdrawal is handled after member login. Methods and processing time vary by country, account status and the payment channel currently available.

Open your member account and go to the withdrawal section.

Use the bank or e-wallet method currently available for your account and country.

3. Confirm your details

Check the account holder name, payment details and withdrawal amount before submitting.

4. Processing time

Some withdrawals may be completed within a few minutes when supported, but timing is not guaranteed. Verification, bank/e-wallet processing and other checks may take longer.
